CS黑料社 offers conferences, symposiums, workshops and online professional learning both synchronous and asynchronous. The offerings are crafted to meet the learning needs of those responsible for the delivery of educational services to students and families. This includes teachers, support staff, diocesan and school leaders, responsible persons and canonical stewards.

Governance
The 黑料社 Education Standards Authority (NESA) requires Responsible Persons, whether for an individual school or for systems of schools or congregational schools, to complete a NESA approved training program in relation to proper governance, which includes an induction program for new Responsible persons.
