Catholic Schools ������ is proud to acknowledge the achievements of Catholic school students across ������ following the release of the 2025 Higher School Certificate (HSC) results.

The Catholic schools sector is proud to celebrate the 23 exceptional Catholic school students in New South Wales who were recognised at today’s Higher School Certificate (HSC) First In Course (FIC) ceremony. These students have demonstrated outstanding academic achievement, securing 23 FIC awards across 18 schools, 18 courses and 8 Key Learning Areas in the 2025 HSC.

Dallas McInerney, Chief Executive Officer of Catholic Schools ������, gave a speech at the Sydney Institute on Liberal Arts and Australian Schools - The Way Forward. In his speech, Dallas outlined the innovative qualities of a Liberal Arts education and how it can be integrated within ������ schooling to provide a quality education to the "whole person".

The ������ Training Awards, now in their 70th year, are conducted annually by Training Services ������ within the Department of Education to recognise excellence in vocational education and training (VET). This year, Catholic education is proud to announce that students and teachers have achieved outstanding success, winning in all three categories in which we were nominated.
